14-16 oz. ground beef or meatloaf mix (it comes out real juicy with the meatloaf mix)
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
S&P
Onion & Garlic powders
Preheat your GT Xpress. Combine all ingredients & form into 2 loaves. Put one in each well, and press it down & pack it into each well. Cook 15 min. Poke the middle & peek in to make sure it's done. If not, cook 1-2 min. longer and check again. Serves 2. (see photo)

This one looks great :) I'm going to try it tonight and drizzle some tomato sauce on top!
I hope you liked it. I like to use meatloaf mix instead of plain beef. Makes it jucier.
I just want to Thank You for some of these recipes. I Love meatloaf and tuna. I like the idea of the 15 min meatloaf and the tuna bacon melt. I can't wait to try them both. This is Great. I will be checking out any and all blogs w/recipes. You all are great. What is meatloaf mix? I am not sure.
Your welcome! My food store usually labels a ground beef, pork, veal combination as 'meatloaf mix'. Not sure that all stores do it. But if you ever see it, try it. The loaf comes out really juicy.
