1 thin sliced chicken cutlet
S&P
Onion powder
Garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Alouette Garlic Herb Cheese Spread
1 2x2" piece jarred red roasted pepper
Preheat your GT Xpress or Xpress Redi Set Go (use divided pan insert) . Place chicken cutlet between 2 pcs of Saran Wrap & pound thin with a mallet. Season with S&P, onion & garlic powder. Spread Alouette Cheese in the center of the cutlet. Pat dry red roasted pepper & place it on top. Roll up the chicken (not too tight, but not too loose either). Cook 5 min. or until cooked through. I just bumped this recipe up, because I just made it yesterday, and because I haven't had the time lately to create new recipes. Life has been hectic. This recipe and the 15 minute meatloaf are sooooooo good! Try them!

I've been flirting with the idea of getting one of these cookers, from what I've read they seem to work well. I'm trying to lose weight, so trying to do smaller portions/healthier eating...seems this machine is good for that? Anyway, hopefully soon I'll order one of these and look forward to trying some of your recipes!
Sorry for the late response. I think it's great for portion control. For example, the omelettes can only be made with 1 to 1 1/2 eggs (if you add meat or vegetables to them). And if I make, say, a sausage omelette, I can barely fit an entire sausage in, especially if I am also adding vegetables.
I don't know if you still check this blog but I have made this recipe twice now and both times it has come out fantastic. The only difference I made was I use cheese crumbles instead of cheese spread. Delicious! Thanks for the recipes!
