Long time no see...

I've not been on here in quite a number of years, but I am so happy to see that people are still using these recipes.  I will try to do some more soon.  Enjoy...

Way to go Maryann! I just unpacked my GT Xpress only to find that the recipes etc. were missing. That turned out to be a good thing because my google search led me here and WOW, new recipes! Made the pork chops last night. You go girl! I can't wait to try some of your other creations.

I too look forward to seeing new recipes. I've had my cooker for a year or so, just now starting to use it more often.

Thanks for making this site. I don't have a microwave, so my silver and my red GTxpresses are lifesavers for fast meals.

I have the GTXpress with two slots and the GTXpress 101 with 4 slots and have of course lost all the paperwork for them. I remember making 'Pineapple Inside Out' a lot! and many others with different fillings. So handy and they can be filled with almost everything!! It's so good to find a little reminder on cooking times and new recipes! Thank you got having this blog!

I am now in search f another 101 express... guess I will have to get an omelet maker. I wish they would come out again with a ceramic 101 express... I have the redi set go with lots of inserts, but it does not cook as well for me. I have only found a couple of the books, but does everyone remember the first time we tried the stuffed soup recipe? I still make my stuffing in this machine for the holidays so I can get the wonderful crispy edges in every serving. Wis facebook had been around when they made this machine.... we would all stil lbe chatting and laughing nd loving our machines. I now have a Ninja foodi and 2 aitr fryers, but they just do not do what our beloved machines used to do.
